Product description
The Witt Piccolo Rotante 16 gas pizza oven is a compact, high-temperature outdoor pizza oven that delivers professional baking results in a short time. With temperatures up to 500 °C and a baking time of under 90 seconds You can make crispy pizzas just like from a stone oven.
The heart of the device is the rotating pizza stone, which rotates continuously at the touch of a button. This ensures the pizza bakes evenly without manual turning. The extra-thick 16 mm stone reliably retains heat and guarantees a crispy crust.
A C-shaped gas burner with 7.0 kW output It distributes heat evenly throughout the cooking chamber. The double-walled insulated housing improves heat retention and temperature stability – even when cooking several pizzas in succession.
Thanks to its generous baking surface, the oven is suitable for pizzas up to 40 cm diameter, But it's also suitable for bread, meat dishes, casseroles, and more. Foldable aluminum legs with non-slip feet make transport and storage easy.
