The GASTROBACK Design Advanced Digital 40977 is a versatile and powerful kitchen machine that meets even the highest demands. Thanks to its 600-watt high-performance DC motor, it operates particularly quietly and automatically adjusts the motor power as soon as heavy doughs are processed.

Thanks to the planetary mixer with full-metal gearbox, you get perfect mixing results – from airy sponge cake to firm bread dough. The machine features 8 speed settings plus pulse function and impresses with a modern LCD display including countdown function.

The two large 5-litre mixing bowls are particularly practical: one robust stainless-steel bowl and an additional ceramic bowl that is microwave-safe and ovenproof.

The extensive accessories make this kitchen machine a true all-rounder: double dough hooks, stainless steel whisk, stirring hook with scraper lip, plus a complete meat grinder attachment with perforated discs (3/5/7 mm), sausage-filling, cookie-press and kebab attachments. In addition, three pasta discs for fettuccine, spaghetti and macaroni are included. A splash guard with filling opening completes the package.
