The solid 2 mm brass shell, combined with the deep 14" x 7" The design produces a dark, assertive sound with enormous punch and impressive projection.
A particular highlight is the extra-wide 42-strand carbon steel snare wire, which ensures extremely sensitive response and an explosive attack. This makes the snare drum equally impressive for brutal metal grooves, dynamic ghost notes, and detailed accents.
The elegant brushed black nickel finish accentuates the snare's aggressive character and gives it a high-quality, modern look. High-quality die-cast hoops further ensure a focused sound, precise tuning, and powerful rimshots.
The integrated MUS80A lift-off mechanism keeps the snare wires securely fixed even with loose settings and allows for particularly precise adjustment. Together with the MUS80B butt end, the system enables quick head changes and flexible snare wire adjustment.
