The Ascaso Dream PID in matte black is a premium single-boiler portafilter machine for demanding home baristas, combining precise temperature control, strong steam power and iconic design. At its heart is the PID control, which lets you set the brewing temperature to the exact degree – ideal for optimally preparing different roasts.
The high-performance thermoblock with stainless steel pipe ensures a very fast heat-up time and stable temperatures. The precision pressure gauge lets you keep an eye on the brewing pressure at all times, while the adjustable pre-infusion evenly moistens the coffee grounds before extraction, enhancing both flavor and extraction quality.
The Dream PID also impresses with a 360° rotatable, heat-resistant steam wand that delivers constant, powerful steam for silky microfoam. Thanks to the volumetric dosing system, two shot volumes can be programmed. The side-removable 1.3-litre water tank with illumination and the integrated cup warmer enhance everyday convenience.
