The Laserliner CondenseSpot Plus is a versatile infrared thermometer for non-contact temperature measurement and the detection of thermal bridges and condensation. It is ideally suited for building analysis, renovation, monitoring wall and surface temperatures, and preventing moisture damage and mold growth.
The device not only measures surface temperature but also records ambient temperature, relative humidity, and dew point temperature. This allows for the quick identification of critical areas where condensation can form. The color display clearly warns of thermal bridges, while the condensation indicator, displayed as a bar graph, provides a rapid assessment of the moisture situation.
Thanks to the non-contact measuring method, even hard-to-reach or sensitive surfaces can be reliably inspected. The integrated targeting laser facilitates precise aiming of the measuring area. Various measured values are displayed simultaneously on the easy-to-read LCD, enabling a comprehensive evaluation directly on site.
The stable, ergonomic housing is largely made of recycled plastic and combines robust everyday usability with a more sustainable use of materials.
