1. Delivery area
We currently deliver only within Germany.
Deliveries abroad are available on request.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
3. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description. For prepayment, the delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
4. Shipping Service Provider
We ship our goods with DHL. Delivery to packing stations is currently not possible.
5. Partial deliveries
If part of the ordered goods is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided these are reasonable for you.
No additional shipping costs will arise for you as a result.
6. Order deadline / shipping days
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day.
Orders received after this time are processed on the next working day.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please contact the delivery agent immediately and inform us. Failure to make a complaint does not affect your statutory rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Undeliverable shipments
If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address details or repeated failure to accept the shipment, we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting costs.
