The heart of the grill is the 0.3 mm thin polymer sheet heating system developed by abien. This innovative high-tech heating foil consists of a highly compressed, circularly arranged heating element that radiates heat evenly upwards. The result: no hot spots, no cold zones, but perfectly even browning across the entire grilling surface – energy-efficient and precise up to 245 °C.
The heating element also functions as a temperature sensor, detecting even the smallest temperature fluctuations and automatically adjusting the heat. This not only ensures even cooking results, but also effectively reduces power consumption.
