Ibanez Genesis RG550L-DY Electric Guitar - Yellow

Product description

The Ibanez Genesis RG550L-DY is an uncompromising, high-performance electric guitar for left-handed players, bringing back the legendary RG style of the 80s – combined with modern manufacturing quality and maximum playability. The striking Desert Sun Yellow finish, high-quality Japanese craftsmanship, and versatile HSH pickup configuration make this guitar the perfect choice for rock, metal, fusion, and technically demanding playing styles.

The lightweight basswood body delivers a balanced, powerful tone with clear articulation, while the extremely slim, five-piece Super Wizard neck made of maple and walnut allows for maximum speed and comfortable playing. The maple fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and a large radius provides optimal conditions for fast solos, precise bends, and modern shredding.

Thanks to the HSH pickup configuration with V7 humbucker, S1 single-coil, and V8 humbucker, the RG550L-DY covers an enormous tonal spectrum – from crystal-clear clean sounds to aggressive high-gain riffs. The legendary Edge tremolo enables extreme vibrato effects and dive bombs with excellent tuning stability.
